Frequently Asked Questions

Planning photos shouldn’t feel overwhelming. This section is here to answer the most common questions I get, from booking and timing to editing, galleries, and what to expect during your session. If you don’t see your question here, I’m always happy to chat and walk you through the process personally. My goal is to make this experience feel easy, intentional, and stress-free from start to finish.

How do I book a session or wedding?
The best way to get started is by filling out my inquiry form on the website. From there, we’ll chat about your vision, timing, and what you’re looking for to make sure we’re a good fit before officially booking.

Do you help with locations and styling?
Yes , always. I help guide you on locations, timing, and overall feel so your photos look natural and intentional. I’m also happy to offer styling advice if you want help choosing outfits that photograph beautifully and feel like you.

How far in advance should we book?
Weddings typically book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak dates. Portrait and family sessions are best booked at least 4–6 weeks out, though availability can vary depending on the season.

What is your editing style?
My editing is timeless, true-to-color, and natural. I focus on clean tones and authentic moments rather than heavy trends so your images feel just as meaningful years from now as they do today.

How many photos will we receive?
Every gallery is thoughtfully curated. I focus on quality over quantity, delivering a full, cohesive story rather than overwhelming you with duplicates or filler images.

When will we receive our photos?
Portrait and family galleries are typically delivered within 3–4 weeks. Wedding galleries are delivered within 8–12 weeks, often sooner depending on the season.

What is your pricing?
Wedding collections begin at $4,500, and elopement collections begin at $2,500. Portrait sessions begin at $650, and maternity sessions are $450. Full details are shared during our consultation to ensure each session or collection is thoughtfully tailored to your needs and that we are a right for each other.

Do you travel?
Absolutely. I’m based in Idaho and Nevada but love traveling for weddings and sessions. Travel fees may apply depending on location, and I’m always happy to provide a custom quote.

Do you offer albums and prints?
Yes, and I highly encourage them. I believe photos are meant to be printed and enjoyed, not lost in digital clutter. Professional albums and print options are available for every session and wedding collection.

Can we share our photos online?
Of course. Your gallery makes it easy to download and share your images with friends and family. I just ask that any edits or filters not be applied so the images stay true to the final look.

What if we’re awkward in front of the camera?
Most of my clients say this and almost all of them end up surprised by how comfortable they feel. I guide you through the entire process so nothing feels stiff or forced. You don’t need modeling experience, just trust the process.
